Pro Baker’s Grease
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Shortening
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- Mix with stand mixer (or hand mixer) flour, shortening, oil.
- Blend until smooth.
- You can store at room temp. in an air tight container for up to two weeks.
- Refrigerate for up to 6 months and freeze for a year.
